Villa Zatonka is an impressive one-story house with four bedrooms that can host nine people. Thanks to the large box beds and the play of earthy, gray, and white shades, a sense of comfort has been achieved. All rooms have their bathroom, and one room has an extra bed for one more person. A beautiful, elegant kitchen with a spacious dining room delights with a view of the villa's pool. The warm and comfortable living room is decorated with plants and wall details, and the central part of the villa has been transformed into a beautiful garden bordered by glass walls.

The roof terrace is equally enchanting. Surrender to the warm rays of the sun while enjoying the view, and with the sun deck in front of the house you have a winning combination. The pool in front of the villa is hydromassage and heated and created for enjoyment. Indulge in complete rest, enjoying the grill's preparation and long conversations in the lounge area.

There is a beautiful beach just a few steps from the villa. Zaton is famous for its beautiful pebble, stone, and sandy beaches. The pleasant climate and lively summer atmosphere especially attract guests. The city of Zadar is only a 15-minute drive away, and with the beautiful islands of the archipelago, this location is perfect for exploring and visiting the Kornati National Park and islands such as Dugi otok, Pašman, and Ugljan.

Hallo, also wir können nur sagen es war unglaublich schön. So wie es auf den Bildern / Fotos aussieht. So ist es auch. Preis / Leistung TOP. Man bekommt für sein Geld unglaublich viel bzw. mehr als erwartet. Die Eigentümer sind so was von zuvorkommend und erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch. Location atemberaubend. Kann das nur jedem weiter empfehlen. 10/1...

Fast perfekt 👌🏼 Die Villa Zaton ist super gelegen, direkt am Meer und ziemlich zentral. Der wunderschöne Ort Nin ist zu Fuß erreichbar und Zadar ist in ca 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Sehr toll. 😊 Im Haus selbst war für alles gesorgt. Alle Bilder im Internet entsprechen der Realität. Von der Dachterrasse aus sieht man den Sonnenuntergang und kann sich auch früh schon in die Sonne legen. Unten am Pool hat man ab Vormittag Sonne, was im Sommer wirklich optimal ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sitzecke im Pool. Sie ist sehr groß und gemütlich. Das Feuer sorgt am Abend für ausreichend Wärme. Wir haben sie oft genutzt. War super toll. Die Schlafzimmer sind wunderschön und sehr gemütlich. An allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter vorhanden und die Betten sind super bequem. Es war alles unheimlich sauber und schön hergerichtet. Unser Host ist super nett, war immer erreichbar für uns und unverzüglich vor Ort. Danke dafür 🙏🏼🫶🏼 Einen kleinen Punkt Abzug gibt es bzgl. des Pools. Dafür kann allerdings weder der Anbieter noch die Besitzerin etwas. Der Pool war sehr kalt. Wir sind Anfang Oktober angereist und leider haben die Gäste zuvor den beheizten Pool nicht abgedeckt. Aufgrund der Größe des Pools konnte die Wärme somit nicht gehalten werden und er benötigte 4 -5 Tage, um wieder eine Temperatur von 25 Grad zu erlangen. Das sind natürlich Luxusprobleme, jedoch spielt dies im Oktober eine wesentliche Rolle für Badeaktivitäten. Deswegen hier der Hinweis - außerhalb der Saison sollte der Pool wirklich jeden Abend abgedeckt werden von den Gästen. Fantastic villa with a great host. Perfect location with the beach and a great little bakery. Villa has absolutely everything you need and is ideally situated to explore the local area. Airport is near by so no hassle on arrival.or departure. Highly recommend.

Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Lage ist wunderbar. Das Meer sieht man von der Küche aus. Die Vermieterin auch sehr nett. Der Pool und die Sitzlounge sind das Beste an dem ganzen. Ich würde es weiterempfehlen!
