The Villa Elizabeth looks like something out of a movie. This luxury villa near Poreč is the Istrian equivalent of the Hamptons. This tranquil landscaped paradise guarantees complete privacy, but don't worry about being isolated because it's close to all the activities you might need while on vacation.

The fresh air will fill your lungs, and the birds' chirping will serve as your alarm clock. The well-kept garden is a visual feast, and we know that your daily commute takes you from the sun loungers to the garden furniture and back. The incredible pool in front of the house has salt water, making it feel like your own personal beach.

There's even an outdoor shower. Everyday activity should not be overlooked, so four bikes are available to stay fit and explore the area. There is a children's playground and a trampoline for the little ones.

There is a large living room with a book and movie collection, board games, and a Nintendo Wii. The villa has three luxurious bedrooms for six guests. We can't get over how beautiful the kitchen is, and both the indoor and outdoor dining areas complement it in terms of design. The grill, as expected, is located outside. Pets are permitted on request if you own one.

We believe that Istria's beauty lies in both its landscape and its coast. As a result, we recommend that you visit the small villages surrounding the villa, which are full of interesting stories and beautiful vineyards. Ein wunderschönes Haus genau so wie auf den Bildern. Sehr gute Ausstattung auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts.Toller Garten zum relaxen und grillieren.Ländliche Gegend und doch alles mit dem Auto in unmittelbarer Nähe.Wir als Familie können das Haus nur empfehlen.Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

**Perfekter Urlaub in traumhafter Villa in Kroatien** Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht und es war einfach traumhaft! Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus selbst ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders genossen haben wir den privaten Pool, der ca alle 3 Tage gereinigt wurde und der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen war. Die Terrasse war ideal für lange Grillabende und entspannte Stunden im Freien. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass wir auch problemlos selbst kochen konnten. Auch für Kinder ist die Villa super ausgestattet mit Trampolin, Rutsche und genügend Grünfläche zum Fußballspielen etc. Die Lage der Villa ist ausgezeichnet – nur wenige Minuten Fahrt zu den nächsten Stränden und kleinen Städten, die typisch kroatische Restaurants und Geschäfte bieten. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war reibungslos und freundlich. Sie haben uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben und uns bei allen Fragen sofort weitergeholfen. Wir würden diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

The house is impeccably clean and nicely furnished, the whole enterier is very well designed. The garden is harmony itself. You can feel the love of the owners for the house and its environment. The village is peaceful, you can find very nice restaurants, and beaches are not so far away. The attentiveness of our hosts put the quality of our stay to the next level, which is highly appreciated.

Fantastic villa for a family stay! nice quiet location, not overlooked by other properties, pool is great depth for kids, fully enclosed property with fence and gate all the way around. air condiction it worked really well, very clean and lots of towels.

Es war sehr schön eingerichtet, die Lounge war super und der Grill hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Es war schön ruhig und hatte alles, was man so braucht. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen und werden es auch selbst wieder mal buchen.
