Meet this magnificent villa on the waterfront of the island of Pag just 150 meters from the sea. While you are relaxing on the terrace, in the private pool, or in the Jacuzzi, enjoy a great view with a glass of wine or a cocktail and feel the magic.With its modern decor, Villa Emma can accommodate up to 14 guests in 4 separate units which all provide peace and quiet.

There are 5 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds, and all are fully air-conditioned. Three baby cots are available upon request. There are also 7 modern designed spacious bathrooms. Each suite has its own kitchen and living room, but there is also one large fully equipped kitchen available for family and friends gatherings. A nicely decorated living room has a fireplace, SAT TV, and a stereo system. Take some time to enjoy the sauna which guests can also use.

A private swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sun loungers, and amazing views give this amazing villa a new dose of luxury, along with a BBQ and various entertainments like table tennis. Children will also enjoy their vacation in villa Emma, as it has a fully fenced exterior and garden decorated with Mediterranean flora.

Great modern house with a fantastic layout. Lots of room for the family to spread out and have their own space. Quiet neighborhood and close to the water. Really enjoyed cooking and eating outside while the family enjoyed the beautiful pool. Highly recommend for large families. .

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.

Beautiful Villa located few meters away from the beach and not directly at the city. Perfect for big families or groups, fits perfectly 14 people, has a nice size pool and all the necessary furniture and kitchen equipment for cooking and grilling. The host Tonka is really nice and helpful, she speaks at least English and German fluently. Highly recommended 🙂!

We had a perfect time in Villa Emma. Villa itself is very close to a beach which you can call almost private, because most of the time we were alone there 🙂 Villa is perfect with everything you might need! All in all a perfect choice!
