Villa Santo's interior is a true secret to discover – filled with a combination of moody colors over high-end contemporary furnishings and some special examples of statement lighting, this home looks like a truly sophisticated property. The living area is entirely open-plan and offers everything for an amazing night. The kitchen is fully equipped and beautifully designed with dark brown wood, as well as the dining area.

Film nights can be enjoyed in the incredible home cinema of this villa (there's of course a popcorn maker, for the wholesome experience) and the fun continues on the outside of villa Santo. With a 50 m2 salt-watered pool and cosy sun loungers you can enjoy the Croatian sun and there's also a BBQ, so you can make local dishes. The highlights don't stop here: villa Santo is pet friendly, you'll receive a welcome package at your arrival, and you can park your car on the car turntable.

Villa Santo is located in the beautiful city of Umag known for its numerous crystal blue beaches along its long coastline which are only 1 km away from the villa. Caffe bars, Restaurants and the town centre are also only a short drive away.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.

Perfect holidays. The villa has really everything you need. Great choice with teens - they liked the cinema room and edpecially the PS5 😀. My wife and myself were fine with the great pool. We hope to go there again!

Upon arrival we received a huge and ample welcome table full of delicious food, drinks, even chilled beer. The host is very pleasant, smiling, showing everything in detail. The house is very well equipped. We had a very pleasant week, we can highly recommend it to everyone. Upon departure, we were also treated to a small surprise gift!

Vielen Dank für die Stunden in dieser wunderbaren Villa. Luxuriös und liebevoll bis in das kleinste Einrichtungsdetail, absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns hier sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Max und Jelena sind so nette Gastgeber! Als Begrüßung war der Esstisch voll mit Lebensmitteln (Obst, Schinken, Käse, Brot...). Aber auch alle möglichen Lebensmittel des täglichen Bedarfs waren da (Kartoffeln, Wasser, Bier, Gemüsebüchsen uvm.). So einen tollen Empfang hatten wir noch nirgendwo. Der Pool war sehr angenehm warm mit 27 °C. Wir wünschen Euch nur das Beste! Familie Korp
