It features five double, modern designed and air-conditioned bedrooms with TVs and en-suite bathrooms. An additional four guests have a pull-out bed and two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are connected to the living room, which gives the villa a sense of home and warmth with the fireplace in the middle of the room. The exterior of the Villa Vestibul will leave you breathless. If you want sports and recreation, there is a tennis court and mini-golf on the property as well as a relaxation area with exercise equipment, billiards, table soccer, and a sauna by the pool. Drinking coffee by the 50 m2 heated pool while listening to birds chirping is an indescribable feeling! Nearby is an outdoor kitchen where you can enjoy Istrian specialties and enjoy privacy and closeness with your friends. Es war alles perfekt. Genau wie auf den Fotos. Der Gastgeber war überaus freundlich und auch beim Check-In bzw. Check-Out hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
