Villa Cypress Hill

A large open living room and dining room with a library are all furnished with luxury furniture. The living room features a “Focus” woodburning fireplace, so guests can stay in the villa even in the cooler months. From the living room and dining area, there is direct access to the large, open-plan kitchen. In the same room, there is also a lounge area with a TV.

The kitchen is connected to the terrace featuring cozy outdoor furniture. Make sure to take a swim in the infinity pool overlooking the medieval town of Motovun and the surrounding valley and Učka mountain (the tallest mountain in Istria, 1,396 meters).

Enjoy a game of tennis on the artificial grass tennis court located just below the swimming pool and to ease sore muscles and tension after your tennis match, visit the spa featuring a sauna and chromotherapy waterfall shower with essential oil mist.

There is a spacious covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and dining area that seats eight people. The outdoor kitchen has a wood-fired pizza oven, gas grill, and Big Green Egg charcoal barbeque.

Explore the well-known Parenzana, a former railway built during Austro-Hungarian times, which connected Trieste and Poreč. It is located just down the hill from the villa, just turn left and follow the road.
