This Istrian beauty is an opportunity you should not miss for your next vacation. Villa Katarina can accommodate up to 8 guests, and it covers an outdoor area of 500 m² with a beautifully decorated interior. Family and friends can enjoy their vacation and feel the true charms of Istrian culture.

The beautiful stone Villa Katarina consists of three spacious double rooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. There is also one additional bathroom within the villa. On the gallery in the master bedroom, there is a sofa bed for 2 additional guests. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious and beautifully decorated living room with a fireplace that you can enjoy even on colder days.

The outdoor area and pool terrace offer a dining table where family and friends can enjoy time and meals together. While some of the guests soak up the sun by the pool, others can prepare lunch on the grill. Balconies on the first floor connect the 2 bedrooms so you can enjoy the sea view while sipping your first coffee on the lounge set.

Finally, the villa is only a few minutes walk from shops and nice restaurants. If you decide to visit this unmissable destination, the beautiful city of Poreč is only a 15-minute drive away. Whether you are interested in history, outdoor activities or simply relaxing on the beach, Poreč offers something for everyone. Go on a tour of the Lim Channel, a beautiful natural phenomenon, or book a wine tasting and take the opportunity to get to know the tradition of Istrian gastronomy.

Fantastisk opphold i Villa Katarina! Vi ble kontaktet og ønsket velkommen gjennom sms fra vert før avreise. Fikk en omvisning i villaen av en hyggelig dame, som sto og ventet da vi ankom villaen. We had such an amazing stay in this villa! It has a level of perfection I haven't seen very often. It is spacious, it has airconditioning in every room, screens to keep the mosquitos outside, a fabulous pool, lovely terrace with extendable table, outdoor kitchen (incl coals, firewood) high quality beds, big bathrooms (one even has a skylight in it), balconies connected to 2 of the 3 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen (oven, toaster, coffee machine with cups), WiFi (quality is ok) etc. We have had a very warm welcome from Marlena and Miro with some Istrian wine and nice tips to see the highlights of Istria. They have been very responsive to all questions we had. Finally, the villa is very close to supermarkets and some nice restaurants (walking distance), 15 mins (by car) from the city centre of beautiful Porec (take a boat to Vrsar), approx. 30 mins to the Lim Fjord (try the oysters there) and 45 mins to Rovinj. All in all: this villa (located in a quiet, cozy area with multiple other villas) is a perfect pick for your stay in Istria! We hope to be back one day. Thanks! Matthijs
