Villa Sara is a truly peaceful oasis in the heart of Istria that will provide you the magnificent holiday you have always wanted. This beautiful modern villa is located in the small Istrian town of Kaštelir, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, typical Istrian olive orchards, and vineyards. The villa offers complete privacy and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

Inside the villa, there are five bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and TV. There is also an additional bathroom outside the rooms. Furthermore, you have a fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area, as well as a beautiful luxury living room with an indoor fireplace, ideal for relaxing. If you love modern style and luxury, this villa is what you need.

In the outer part of the villa there is a heated pool of 66 m2, and next to it are deck chairs where you can enjoy the Istrian sun. The spacious yard is completely fenced, so security is guaranteed. You will also find an outdoor kitchen as well as an outdoor dining area ideal for enjoying outdoor dining and a barbecue. The exterior is complemented by a beautifully maintained lawn and a well-kept orchard.

The location of the villa is ideal for those who want to explore the untouched Istrian nature. Hiking will reveal all the beauties of this area while enjoying the beautiful panoramic views of the Istrian greenery. The nearest beach is 7 km away from the Villa, and there is a restaurant and a shop nearby. With a short drive, you can visit the beautiful cities of Novigrad and Poreč and enjoy the historical sites and events.
