It is 500 m away from the city centre, where you can enjoy delicious traditional dishes and the ritual of drinking coffee or simply buying groceries. The spacious interior is characterized by an open space concept and modern design, which includes luxurious furniture in predominantly earthy tones. The ground floor has a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. You will enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen or relaxing in the living room. A baby cot is also available for the guest, and pets are allowed on request.

On the terrace, you can refresh yourself in the private Magna pool of 55 m2 and relax on sun loungers with a refreshing cocktail or a cup of coffee. There is also an outdoor dining area for unforgettable family and friendly evening gatherings with a glass of wine and barbecue. For complete relaxation, a sauna is at guests' disposal, and you can have fun playing PlayStation, table tennis, and badminton. The villa also has superfast Starlink Tesla internet.

The rental comes with complimentary access to a boat; guests only need to pay for the fuel.

Events are not allowed. Villa has a Magnapool (the latest pool technology with magnesium minerals). The boat is included in the price, Sea Ray Spx 230 model, for 10 people + skipper (guests pay only for fuel). Guests are provided with a transfer from the airport to the villa and back in a Mercedes V class (8 seats without driver). Only fuel is paid. The driver is included in the price and is available to guests for transportation to the beach and back, restaurant, sightseeing, shopping, transportation from the ferry to the villa, and back. Well equipped, beautiful villa just outside of Splitska. Fantastic pool with views over to Split. Easy walk into village where there are several restaurants around a pretty harbour. Use of the boat with skipper Allen made for an excellent day out - well worth it. Also enjoyed day trips to Milna, Bol and Lovrecina where there is a delightful sandy beach. Really could not fault the accommodation or the island of Brac which was quiet, unspoilt with spectacular scenery. We would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a relaxing break.

Wir waren Ende Juli eine Woche zu Gast in der Villa Ana, und waren von Anfang an Begeistert. Ein wirklich schönes Objekt in fußläufiger Lage zum Meer. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt bei perfektem Wetter und einem sehr schönen Umfeld.

The house was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything you could need. The coffee machine was broken when we arrived BUT the owner had a new one on site the same day! The outdoor area was perfect with a stunning pool, outdoor dining area/fire/grill, lounge chairs, ping pong table, and a Jacuzzi. The house even had bikes available to use. Walking distance to the two small villages of Splitska (10-15 minutes) and Postira (25 - 30 minutes) - both have several amazing restaurants and a beautiful waterfront. Beautiful, secluded beaches just a short 10-15 minute walk We had an amazing time and will be back, it is 10/10
