Villa Ani can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in its four modern bedrooms equipped with large double beds, a baby cot, and 3 en-suite bathrooms. The indoor fireplace located in the living room will complete the romantic atmosphere that this villa offers. You can prepare your favourite dishes in the fully equipped kitchen inside the villa as well as on the barbecue located within the covered terrace by the outdoor pool, while the outdoor and indoor dining rooms are at your disposal.

The combination of traditional Dalmatian exterior and modern interior design of the villa, provides a unique experience of tradition with all the benefits of modern times.

In front of the outdoor dining room, there is a heated infinity pool with a panoramic view of the beautiful green landscape that merges with the sea in the distance. What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.

This was a stay in a most luxurious villa with the best view from the hill. We were welcomed in the evening by the hosts Margrita and Jaksa who love closeby.. We were weary from the long travel, but Margrita had prepared for us some drinks and a plateau with local snacks..! The hosts do their best to help you in any way they can and make you feel not only at home, but also like friends of the family. They also have great suggestions for excursions and restaurants in the area. The house is beautifully built by hand, using natural stone from the area, and is equipped with AC and any kind of apparatus you could whish or.. We didn't need the AC, be ouse the natural stone walls and doors keep the house comfortably cooling inside. The village of Dol is lovely, with a lot of history and culture. Tip: let Jaksa tell you about his families history, the tradition of the people and its lands and give you a tour around the olivegarden... We fell in love with Villa Ani, it's hosts/owners and the village of Dol. Would firmly recommend this villa and we shall certaintly return
