Inside, light-filled living areas combine modern comfort with effortless style: a fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining for eight create a convivial heart for shared meals, supported by an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and al fresco dining area for eight. Practical luxury continues with A/C in every room (also providing heating), a welcome coffee-capsule starter pack, Smart TV with Netflix, high-speed Wi‑Fi, washer/dryer, and a dedicated workspace for those who wish to blend business with pleasure. The sleeping arrangements include two double bedrooms and a bedroom with twin beds, one of which is en-suite; bathrooms are thoughtfully appointed with showers and essentials.

Vi bodde som familie (to voksne og to barn) i Villa Bruna i Sumartin på øya Brač og kunne ikke vært mer fornøyde! Huset er stort, nytt og av høy standard, med alt man trenger for et komfortabelt opphold. Beliggenheten er helt nydelig, med flott utsikt over Sumartin og nærområdene. Villaen er vertikaldelt med en annen del som også var leid ut. Våre naboer var veldig hyggelige, og det hele opplevdes som fredelig og rolig. Bassenget (hver del har sitt eget basseng) var et høydepunkt for både små og store, og vi badet masse hver dag. Det er kort vei ned til sentrum (selv om det er litt stigning på vei tilbake), og flere strender ligger i gangavstand. Vi anbefaler spesielt stranden Jezero, en vakker bukt med klart vann og lite turister. Villaen ligger i et rolig og behagelig strøk – perfekt for avslapning. Vi tok også en fergetur til Makarska for en dagstur, og leide el-sykler for å utforske området rundt. Alt i alt en helt fantastisk opplevelse – vi storkoste oss fra første stund til vi dro. Villa Bruna og Sumartin anbefales på det varmeste!

Superb villa!!! Really modern and clean! Pool was fabulous. Great location just a few minutes walk from a couple of lovely restaurants and Sumartin village. Nice bakery in the village! The villa has all you would need and the host was great! Had a great holiday here. Brac is very nice!

Situated just a leisurely 4-minute walk from the port, with lovely restaurants and 5-15 minutes walk to several stunning beaches. Ms. Petra, who welcomed us, was incredibly kind and always available. We especially recommend trying her divine goat cheese to everyone. This accommodation was everything we could have asked for and more. The villa exuded a welcoming atmosphere, making us feel right at home, it was equipped with all the modern amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
