This luxurious villa is located in the beautiful town of Sutivan on the island of Brač in a complex of three villas, third row to the sea, and it is ideal for those who want to enjoy luxury and the peace of an idyllic island. Each villa is separate for itself so guests can fully relax and enjoy the privacy. With its modern decor, Villa Garden can accommodate up to 4 adult guests and 2 children. It consists of 3 double bedrooms, all fully air-conditioned and two have en-suite bathrooms. Baby cot is also available. In total, there are 3 modern designed spacious bathrooms that have Premium Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries. On the ground floor, there is a large and fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances available for family and friends gatherings. There is also a nicely decorated living room with an SAT TV, DVD player, and a stereo system overlooking a cozy terrace and heated pool. Next to the living room is a toilet.

A private swimming pool, sun loungers, and amazing views give this amazing villa a new dose of luxury. Children will also enjoy their vacation in the villa Garden, as it has a fully fenced exterior and garden decorated with Mediterranean flora. Pets are allowed on request, so guests can take them on vacation. There is also a garage, as well as bicycles which guests can use to explore the surroundings of this beautiful island. A concierge service is at guests’ disposal to help and assist with dinner reservations, arranging chef service, transfer service, booking a babysitter…

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
