This luxurious villa is located on the beach in the beautiful town of Sutivan on the island of Brač. Villa Happiness is situated in a complex of three villas, first row to the sea, and it is ideal for all those who want to enjoy luxury and the peace of an idyllic island. Each villa is separate for itself so guests can fully relax and enjoy in privacy. The modern designed villa Happiness can accommodate up to 6 guests in three beautifully designed and air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom which has Premium Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances and a cozy living room from which guests come directly to the terrace and to the heated pool. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. The terrace is ideal for evening gatherings where guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue overlooking the sea.

Pets are allowed on request so guests can take them on vacation. There is also a garage, as well as bicycles which guests can use to explore the surroundings of this beautiful island. A concierge service is at guests’ disposal to help and assist with dinner reservations, arranging chef service, transfer service, booking a babysitter…

Sutivan is known for its hospitality and numerous pebbly beaches where guests can enjoy the peace and the crystal clear sea while relaxing in the smell of the Mediterranean. Numerous well-maintained trails leading through ancient olive groves and vineyards provide leisure facilities for both pedestrians and cyclists.

Luxury villa directly on the beach, with its pool, view of the sea and Split, designer equipment, Spacious terrace with dining table and barbecue covered by a pergola, and large garages directly under the villas. Nice and hospitable owners. The villas are architecturally very successful and perfectly built. Hard to find any flaws.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
