It sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms — one double (160x200) and two twin rooms (90x200), one of which has an en-suite bathroom — plus a second shower room. 

Living here feels simple and comfortable: a bright lounge with a couch, indoor dining for six, TV and board games for evenings in, and a dedicated workspace with reliable Wi‑Fi if you need to check in. Heating and A/C units keep the interior pleasant year‑round and there’s a child high chair and baby cot for families. The villa also comes with a welcome package, pool towels, toiletries and a first aid kit so arrival is relaxed and easy. Note: pets and events are not allowed, but young groups are welcome.

Outside is where the place really opens up. The heated 20 m2 pool sits among sun loungers (6) and two sun umbrellas, with outdoor dining for seven, a barbecue and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a dip. The large, fully fenced garden offers uninterrupted nature views and private parking for your vehicle. It’s an ideal setup for slow breakfasts under the sun, afternoon swims, and balmy dinners by the grill.

Location-wise you’re about 500 m from the town centre, 600 m from the market and cafés, and just 1.1 km from the nearest restaurant — yet a short 4.4 km drive takes you to the nearest beaches. The island airport is around 25 km away. This villa suits families, small groups of friends, cyclists (nearby trails) and remote workers who want a peaceful island base with modern comforts and a heated pool to enjoy year‑round.
