The modern and luxurious Villa Marisol is practically located right on the beach. And as it was completely reconstructed in 2020, you know that you will get the best possible vacation on one of the most beautiful Islands in Croatia and the world, the Island of Brač.

Although located near the sea, this villa is located in a very quiet area where you can properly relax and recharge your batteries. We recommend that you spend most of your time on the terraces and enjoy the stunning panoramic views. Brač is very famous for its stone and it is lined with the whole villa - a true representative of one culture. In the outdoor area, there is a heated pool in the company of deck chairs and parasols. There is also an outdoor shower right next to it. A good book can also be read while relaxing on garden furniture because. If you like to explore nature, in the villa you can find 4 bicycles ready for an island adventure.

In the colorful interior, there is an even nicer, fully equipped kitchen. Lunch can be done in the indoor dining area or outdoors. For a total of 6 + 2 guests, the villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Two extra beds are available for two additional guests. We can not forget the beautiful living room that is perfect for pleasant winter nights.

Concierge service is at your disposal to help you with dinner reservations, private chef organization services, transfer services, nanny reservations, private boat transport, luxury car rental, luxury yacht rental, water sports equipment rental, laundry service, and event manager. All services are available on request and at an additional cost.

The beauty of the 'new' villa is associated with the rusticity of the place where it is located. And as it is located near the oldest place on the island, we know that you will be able to experience this combination yourself. But you have to book it on time!

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
