Located few meters from the beach in the picturesque Sutivan on island Brač, villa Med is the perfect choice for those who enjoy luxury decor and stunning views of nature. It is situated between two luxury villas. Each villa is a separate unit so guests can fully relax and enjoy in privacy. Magnificent views, peace and designer furniture will tackle your every need. The villa can accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 luxurious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms which have Premium Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries. There are also children bed available. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances and a dining room overlooking the sea. The living room will amaze you with décor and next to it is 1 toilet.

There are also bicycles available for exploration, which will cheer up everyone even more! The villa’s exterior is amazing. The outside terrace is perfect for gatherings of any kind during summer days and the heated pool is also very close and it also has a stunning view. Do you want to bring a pet to your vacation? Sutivan is known for its hospitality and numerous pebbly beaches where guests can enjoy the peace and the crystal clear sea while relaxing in the smell of the Mediterranean. What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
