Villa Rosanda is situated in the picturesque town of Selca on the island of Brač, just 40 m away from the beach. You will be delighted by this charming town's numerous monuments and rich history.

This villa can accommodate up to 14 guests. There are 5 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and additional 2 guests can sleep on the sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom.

Villa Rosanda is situated in the picturesque town of Selca on the island of Brač, just 40 m away from the beach. You will be delighted by this charming town's numerous monuments and rich history.

There are many restaurants, cafes, and markets within 2 km of the villa.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a spacious living room, which is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. From the dining area, you can directly exit on the terrace. There are also 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor.

A multi-level terrace offers you a stunning panoramic view of the Adriatic sea. There is a private, heated pool on the terrace, as well as a stone house with a fireplace. By the pool, there are also sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. A children`s corner on the terrace is equipped with a small kid`s pool and a playground.

The first floor of the villa is divided into the western and eastern parts. Both parts have a direct entrance through the outdoor staircases. In the western part, there is a mini-kitchen, and 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have a direct exit on the upper terrace with a sea view. Fully furnished, the upper terrace allows you to enjoy breakfast or the first cup of coffee in the morning while looking over the Adriatic.

The eastern part is equipped with a modernly designed large kitchen and a living room. There are also 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds, but with a possibility of connecting them into one double bed.

As a part of the villa, there is a „beauty saloon“ in the villa, which offers its services to you. Some of the services are a massage, pedicure, manicure, and similar. All of the services can be used with a prior arrangement.

Our holidays in Villa Rosanda were fantastic! The house is stunning. Clean, large and well equipped. The owners are very friendly. There is a wonderful restaurant on the beach a five-minute walk away and the location is very quiet! Shops and the harbor are very close by! We will be back! Thank you Thomi!!!

Words cannot really describe how it is. When you see the pictures that's how it is in reality. Villa Rosanda is beautiful house made in famous stone from island of Brač. It has everything that one needs and more. Luxury, comfortable and modern rooms with well equipped kitchen. There are two large terases with magnificent view towards the sea and island of Hvar and mainland and Biokovo mountain. Last but not the least, there is also a pool which is really nice to have. Also barbecue. Tomi is just great guy. Always ready to help, very calm, relaxed and helpful. He will do everything to make one feel welcome.

Fantastik villa!!!! Perfekt!!! Comfortable villa in a romantic location ... on the southern side of the island of Brac ... for families, friends, company or corporate events 10-14 people !!! the pool is large and heated !!! you can relax in autumn, winter, spring, it is always warm and sunny ... the house is insulated ..there are beauty services, depilation, massage, professional pedicure and manicure... the owners are friendly, thanks for the delicious homemade ecological dinners .... the island of Brac has many small settlements ... everything is clean ... the nature is very beautiful ... there are ferries for transporting cars and catamarans ... it is possible to sail by catamaran from Split airport and back ... I liked the island very much, silence, peace, tranquility ... we will come back many times .... thanks !!! we love Brac💟
