Villa Twin Houses

Since we know that the best things come in pairs, we present you Villa Twin Houses, located in the peaceful place of Selca on Brač Island. Villa consists of 2 identical houses, located next to each other. Both villas are rented as one property and they share the same outdoor space with the swimming pool. 

These villas were designed to respect the old, traditional style, with a touch of a modern era. The villa has bare concrete walls with a contemporary twist of large windows that provide the best view of the Adriatic Sea.

Both villas have 50m² of indoor space, which is divided on the ground floor and a gallery. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The bedrooms in both villas are situated on the gallery, which is connected by a staircase to the ground floor. Each villa has one bedroom.

From the gallery, you can enjoy the amazing view of the sea and the beautiful archipelago. 

This villa can accommodate up to 8 guests within its 2 double bedrooms, and 4 additional guests can sleep on the sofa beds, which are located in the living rooms in each villa. There are also 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers.

The yard of the villa is fully fenced, allowing you to have privacy and security. In the yard, there is a private pool, featuring sun loungers, and an authentic Mediterranean garden.

This villa offers you an option of boat mooring and even boat rental. Villa is close to Selca town center where you can find a market, but also restaurants and coffee bars. The closest beach is just 4 km away. Villa can easily be reached by a ferry that goes from Makarska to Sumartin, but there is also an airport on the island, just 20 km away from the villa.
