Located right on the coast in Sutivan on the island of Brač, this modern villa combines traditional Croatian character with modern comfort. The property accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms within 300 m² of indoor living space on a 500 m² plot, surrounded by a 26 m² saltwater swimming pool. Guests will appreciate the underfloor heating and air conditioning in each room, which together create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the season.

The interiors are designed for carefree living and entertaining: three bedrooms with beautiful views, three bathrooms each with a shower, a spacious living room with a Smart TV and stereo system, and two kitchens - one indoor and one outdoor - with a Delonghi espresso machine, oven, dishwasher, ice maker and all the necessary utensils. Practical amenities include a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and home office facilities, a washer and dryer, a safe and plenty of storage space. Thoughtful touches like pool towels, bathrobes, toiletries and a welcome pack are provided.

The outdoor area is where the villa really shines: a heated saltwater pool, eight sun loungers, parasols, a lawn and a carefully maintained garden create a private haven for sunbathing and al fresco dining. An outdoor kitchen, barbecue and dining area for eight make entertaining all season long effortless, while an outdoor shower, fully fenced yard and private parking ensure convenience and safety. Recreational facilities include a gym with treadmill, table tennis, PlayStation 4, board games and nearby cycling trails - and pets are welcome for guests travelling with animals.

The location is extremely convenient - just 150 m from the beach, 1 km from the town centre, 400 m from restaurants and cafes, 900 m from the market and 20 km from the airport - ideal for exploring the Brač coastline and local gastronomy. A wide range of services are available upon request (for an additional fee), including a private chef, breakfast service, pre-stocking, daily housekeeping, concierge, cocktail master and massage.

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival.
