Welcome to villa Zora – a charming stone villa located on Brač Island just 100 m away from the beach and surrounded by nothing but peace and quiet. You've come to the perfect location if you're seeking a relaxing getaway on the island! Villa Zora features 107 m² of indoor area and unbelievably 7000 m² of outdoor space, which is fully fenced.

Villa is located 1,5 km from town Supetar on Brač Island and just 30 km from Brač airport. As a result, getting there from Split by boat or by flying directly to Brač Island is simple.

The villa has its own private saltwater pool and a jacuzzi for those who would rather relax by the pool despite the fact that the closest beach is only 100 meters away! There are also 6 sun loungers and a sun umbrella by the pool, so your only job is to relax and prepare yourself a drink!

The distance between the villa and all other amenities, including pubs and restaurants, is only 800 meters. On the other side, there is a fully furnished kitchen with everything you need if you prefer to cook for yourself. If you are more into making a barbecue, there is an amazing stone house with a fireplace in front of the villa. An outdoor dining area and a kitchen are also available.

Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests within 3 charming bedrooms, each of which has a queen size bedroom. On the ground level, there is one bathroom and one bedroom. On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom.

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. Truly relaxing and luxurious expereince The property is beautiful. The owners are lovely people who welcomed us persoanlly on arrival, guiding us from the ferry to villa and giving us tour before leaving us. The loction is stunning, if you like to be remote and enjoy quiet locations this is for you. Constructed in 2019 this villa is of high quality throughout, with air conditioning in all the rooms and high specification fittings and furnishings throughout. This is a truly luxurous place to stay. Supetar centre is a 20 minute walk along the beach or just a few minutes by car. I would recommend you hire a car for your stay (don't use Avant Car - they ruined an otherwise perfect holiday) as although the villa is very close to the ferry port there are so many beutiful places to visit. We will definately be going back again one day.

Wir kommen wieder. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns a) die Abgeschiedenheit bzw. Privatsphaere, b) die gesamte Anlage inklusive Gemuesegarten, c) die unnmittelbare Naehe zum Meer sowie d) die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer.
