Villa Toscana is the perfect destination if you're looking to have the vacation of your dreams. The area is known as Grižane and is situated beneath the Griža cliffs.

The villa was constructed far back in 1900, and it still exudes the same charm. Everything is combined in this beautiful villa in a current style, both historical and contemporary. It is isolated and away from the bustle of the city, at the end of a private road. It offers total seclusion, a stunning view of the sea and Lake Tribalj, and is surrounded by a stone wall. There is room for up to 8 people in the villa. A large kitchen with a dining area, a comfortable living room with a view of the private pool, a kids' play area, and a bathroom are all located on the ground level. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom.

With a large dining table, there is enough for games and entertainment. A balcony with a stunning view of Kvarner and the ruins of the Grižan castle runs the entire length of the property. A private pool, a huge dining table, and a spot for leisure and sunbathing are all located in the spacious courtyard. A grassy area that surrounds the villa is perfect for family gatherings and activities, as well as a location for barbecues. Predivan doček od strane domaćina. Sve je uredno, čisto i lijepo uređeno. Mir i tišina savršeni za odmor. Objekt bogat sadržajima za zabavu, pogodno i za boravak s djecom. Bilo nam je predivno i preporučamo.

Prekrasna Villa u zaleđu Crikvenice. Vrlo prostrana, sa velikim bazenom i lijepim pogledom. Unutrašnjost objekta ima sve što možete poželjeti! Na mirnom je mjestu tako da smo imali potpunu privatnost. Domaćini su vrlo srdačni, dobili smo kraljevski doček uz kolač, domaći kruh, sok i voće. Čista uživancija! Blizu objekta postoje i planinarske staze (npr. staza kamenih stupi, staza litica...) pa je vrlo lako kombinirati planinarenje sa kupanjem (plaže u Crikvenici udaljene su samo 15 min. autom). Ako vam se uopće izlazi iz bazena. :)

Der toscanische Flair, einfach ein Traumort um sich voll und ganz zu erholen. Sehr idyllisch und ruhig gelegen, dennoch ist man in 10 min am Strand. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieter richten alles sehr liebevoll her und stehen einen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Perfekt für eine große Familie. Kommen sicher wieder 😊

Firstly we received a warm welcome from the host, who was very helpful and kept delighting us throughout our stay with fresh fruit and home baked bread and pastries. the house itself was super cosy, homely, and well kept - very easy for us to feel at home straight away! The pool was super clean and a dream to swim in, keeping us cool during Croatia's hot summer days. Warmly recommended. Cheers from Belgium!

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Haus in traumhafter Lage. Ruhe, Natur, Ausblick und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Unglaublich freundliche Vermieter, die uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen und mit selbst gebackenen Leckereien verwöhnt haben. 🩵

Ein wunderschönes Haus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, in toller Alleinlage inmitten einer phantastischen Natur. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich nett, immer ansprechbar und jeden dritten Tag brachte sie selbstgebackenes Brot und Kuchen. Die Umgebung ist super zum Wandern und die Strände relativ schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Für die Kleinen ist auch gesorgt, mit Spielecke und Schaukel. Wir haben die Tage am Pool genossen und hatten abends viel Spaß beim Kickern oder Billardspielen. Für alle die fernab vom Trubel ihren Urlaub genießen und sich wirklich erholen möchten eine absolute Empfehlung. Danke an Iva, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.
