Villa Visum is exactly what you need if you're looking for a modern setting to spend your next quality summer vacation. The magnificent view from the entire villa will take your breath away.

The home is situated on a moderate incline, with multiple levels to the property. The total number of guests is 7, and there are three bedrooms. Each of the three rooms is light and comfortable, with its own bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. There are five bathrooms, so there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready on time. The living area, which is connected to the dining room and kitchen, features a TV and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can eat outside or inside, depending on your preference. Meals can also be prepared outside on the grill.

A swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym with workout equipment, and a children's playground are all available at villa Visum. A beach is about 3 kilometres away from the villa, where you may experience the beauty of the crystal clear the Adriatic Sea. We recommend visiting the cities of Crikvenica, Novi Vinodolski, and Rijeka, which are well-known summer attractions in this part of Croatia, while you're here. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We spent a wonderful holiday in this great house.we enjoyed the fantastic view every day. The hosts, Renata and Antony, are so friendly and helpful that no wish remains unfulfilled. The facilities in the houseare really good.But you definitely need a car. There is a mega fish restaurant 8 minutes from the house and for bread or rolls you have to driveto the next town.You can get to the island Krk in 10 minutes by car. There you can find great beaches and places.All in all Villa Visum is a great place to completely relax. Thank you very much!!

Wir waren 10 Nächte in der Villa Visum. Das Haus ist so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Einfach TOP. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und man konnte Ihnen zu jeder Zeit schreiben oder anrufen. Die Villa Visum ist sehr Empfehlenswert und Kinderfreundlich. Die Lage ist sehr schön und Ruhig. In 5min ist man mit dem Auto am Strand und in 10 Min in der Stadt. FAZIT: TOP VILLA, TOP LAGE, TOP GASTGEBER Sehr gerne wieder 🙂 We stayed at Villa Visum for 10 nights. The house is as shown in the pictures. Simply TOP. The hosts were very friendly, very helpful and you could write or call them at any time. Villa Visum is highly recommended and child-friendly. The location is very nice and quiet. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes by car and in the city in 10 minutes. CONCLUSION: TOP VILLA, TOP LOCATION, TOP HOST Very happy again 🙂
