Welcome to the luxury villa XeMa, a stunning villa with a beautiful view of the Kvarner archipelago. Located in Dramalj, not far from the town of Crikvenica, it will provide you with a truly relaxing place for a spectacular vacation.

The modernly designed villa XeMa can accommodate up to eight guests and has four air-conditioned bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Three bedrooms with access to a beautiful terrace and three bathrooms are located on the first floor of the villa. Relax with a good…

On the ground floor of this modern beauty there is one bedroom and an open living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Simple white lines and a modern approach to decoration bring a feeling of comfort and elegance.

On the outside of the villa, there is a 36 m2 swimming pool and a pergola with an outdoor dining area and barbecue. Enjoy the preparation of Mediterranean dishes with a spectacular view of the sea.

This luxurious villa will meet all your expectations and fulfill all of your needs for a relaxing vacation. The villa is located 16 km from the nearest Rijeka airport, which makes it easier for all airline guests to arrive. It is 700 m from the nearest restaurant and shop and only 300 meters from the beach. The long sandy beach of Omorika will surely buy you. Enjoy with your children and friends, and in the evening take a walk along the beautiful Gaje promenade. Kvarner will delight you.

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.

We had a fantastic stay in this modern stylish villa. It has everything you need for your vacation including a fantastic outdoor terrace with pool and outside dinnertable/barbeque area. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and separate AC. The owner really wants you to have the time of your life; unlimited with towels, service such as restaurant bookings etc. We just loved it.
