Villa Laurea is a true oasis of luxury and comfort. Surrounded by beautiful green nature and offering spectacular panoramic views of the Kvarner Bay and the island of Cres, offering guests a unique holiday experience in silence and harmony with nature.

Villa Laurea is a showcase of contemporary design. Wooden and dark shades prevail, creating an elegant and refined ambiance. Every corner of the villa ensures comfort and style. The open space of the kitchen, living room, and dining room makes up the ground floor of the villa. There is also a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and an additional guest toilet.

On the first floor, there are three elegantly decorated bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, providing guests with complete comfort and privacy. The black color gives off a romantic impression. There is also a children's playroom equipped with a PlayStation console, table football, darts, and a TV. The spacious terrace is ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails at sunset.

The attic can be described as a kingdom of relaxation. A sauna, relaxation room, and private terrace provide the perfect space for body and mind regeneration, complemented by fragrant oils.

The villa’s courtyard provides a unique outdoor experience. It is dominated by a pool complex consisting of a large pool and a children’s pool, which is elegantly connected. Next to the pool is a wooden deck with sun loungers and an outdoor tavern with a fully equipped kitchen and toilet – perfect for enjoying Mediterranean specialties.

For the youngest guests, a children’s playground with a playhouse, swings, a slide, and a sandbox is provided, while nature lovers will enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.

Upon arrival at Villa Laurea, you will be greeted with a welcome package with natural and mineral water, wine, beer, and seasonal fruit. All toiletries, olive oil and vinegar, coffee for moka and capsules for the machine, and all basic spices and charcoal for the outdoor barbecue are available during your stay.

Villa Laurea is situated in a quiet location, and lovers of active holidays can enjoy a walk through two forest paths that lead to the hidden beaches of Drenje and Jadrina (10 minutes walk downhill, 20 minutes return). Nearby, there are also accessible beaches in Ravni (2 km), where you will find the nearest restaurant, bistro, and shop. For larger purchases, we recommend going to Labin with its numerous supermarkets, markets, and restaurants, while the beautiful Rabac (14 km) offers a rich tourist content.
