Brand-new stone villa Mara is located in a peaceful village Lišnjak, at the foot of the mountain Promina, just 5 km away from the town of Drniš. The Villa can accommodate 5 people and is perfect for a well-deserved quiet holiday in the countryside.

This luxury villa is designed with classic Mediterranean stone both on the inside and on the outside. It has 2 bedrooms, one has a double bed, and the other has 3 single beds, so it is perfect for a family countryside getaway. The meal preparation will be as if you were in your own home and the dining areas are complementing both kitchens so that the feeling gets even stronger. It is perfect because you have a choice depending on the time of year you are staying in the villa. Also, there is heating with A/C units and a fireplace for colder days and air conditioning for hotter days.

While staying, you can relax by the pool with your favorite book (and maybe some cocktail). In the meantime, your small ones can enjoy playing in the children's playground. You don't have to worry about safety because the villa is fully fenced. If you enjoy spending time in nature, you can go hiking in the surroundings of the villa.

Villa Mara is close to Krka National Park and the city of Šibenik. So, not only can you enjoy the beautiful nature around Drniš and Krka National Park, but you can also enjoy the crystal blue Adriatic Sea, which is only 35 km away.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. We (family of 5) stayed in Villa Mara for 10 days, end of July 2021. It is a very charming and beautiful stone house and we really enjoyed our stay. The house is very well equipped and we did not miss anything. Especially the pool and the outside dining area with open fire place we really enjoyed. The house is located in a very small rural village on the mountainside with a great view to the mountains and the valleys. It is very peacefully and you should really take your time to explore the surrounding - both the village as well as the many hiking and biking trails in the area, which can take you both to the top of the mountains or to the nearby city Drniš. Most of our shopping we did in Drniš, but we also went to the two cities Knin at the Krka River and Sibenik at the coast with further shopping and restaurants. Exploring the nature and landscapes in and around the Krka Nationalpark is a must as well as the coastline. But to get back to our private and peacefull house was the best. Also I would like to thank for the hospitality from the owner Marco as well as Petra and Joško - both for the warm welcome and their helpfulness during our stay with printing tickets and booking. And to Marco & Joško: the Knez wine was excellent....(o: Hope to see you again.
