Villa Anita Dubrovnik is located in the small town of Gruda, south of Dubrovnik. It is surrounded by beautiful nature, the Kona field, and two rivers.

On the second floor of the villa, you will find two duplex apartments with an internal staircase leading to the other bedrooms. With three living rooms and three kitchens throughout the villa, this haven is a comfort zone for resting, reading, watching TV, and cooking.

In addition to the spacious and stunning interior, the villa has a perfectly designed garden. The private pool, jacuzzi, sundeck, and outdoor dining area with barbecue are designed for total enjoyment.

Only a 30-minute drive from the historic city of Dubrovnik, Villa Anita Dubrovnik offers a peaceful vacation close to all Dubrovnik sights and attractions. Stradun, Srđ, the Walls of Dubrovnik, and spectacular architecture are a rich historical heritage that many come to see. Dubrovnik also offers excursions to the beautiful Elaphite islands of Lopud and Šipan, and fans of the Game of Thrones series will also recognize the locations where this popular series was filmed.
