Villa Ella

Villa Ella is the ideal holiday home for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday on the Adriatic Sea. This luxury villa on the island of Šipan, near Dubrovnik, offers a fascinating, 7300 m2 property. With a beautiful olive grove and an enchanting garden, we are confident that we will exceed all of your expectations. This beauty has a maximum capacity of 10 people and is decorated in a mix of stone walls and white tones. There are five bedrooms in total, three of which are en-suite.

This villa's private moment complements the stunning panoramic views that it provides. It's fantastic and convenient that there's a bathroom right next to the pool.  The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, and there is also an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ if you want to spend more time outside. The 43m2 pool is ideal for cooling off on hot days, and spending a lot of time on the sun loungers will help you get a better tan. But don't forget to bring your sunscreen! If you prefer to be more active, this villa has a variety of activities available. A chess set awaits fans of the 'Queen's Gambit' to make their first move. There is table tennis, badminton, and bocce available, as well as two bicycles for exploring the island.

Local transport on island Šipan can be provided with a small fee (a private car and driver is available on request).

A 2 hours per day or 2 times a week maid service is included in the price.

The island of Šipan is stunning, and everything is within 3 kilometres of your doorstep: the beach, the market, restaurants, and cafés. Because everything is well-connected, visiting the famous city of Dubrovnik becomes a breeze and, more importantly, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We also recommend that you visit other islands such as Lopud, Koloep, and Mljet because the true beauty of Croatia lies in its islands.
