This luxurious villa consists of two floors, and each floor has its entrance, providing you with complete privacy and comfort. The stone exterior hides a beautiful modern designed interior. On the ground floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds, two elegantly decorated bathrooms, a spacious kitchen equipped with all the necessary facilities, and a pleasant living room with a comfortable couch where you can relax and enjoy socializing.

On the first floor, there are two more comfortable bedrooms, one equipped with a comfortable double bed and private bathroom, while the second room contains two single beds. An additional bathroom is located in the hallway, providing you with additional comfort. All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable temperature during the entire stay.

The beauty and atmosphere of the Family Fun villa are complemented by two spacious terraces that stretch in front of each floor, providing you with the perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink in pleasant company. For complete relaxation at any time, there is a heated swimming pool with a large sunbathing area.

The house by the pool offers additional comfort and space for enjoyment. Here you will find one bedroom, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing refreshing drinks or light meals.

Orašac is a picturesque little town located not far from Dubrovnik, and we can give it the title of an oasis of peace and beautiful beaches.
