The beautiful villa Franica is located on the crystal clear the Adriatic Sea, surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery.

This newly renovated luxury home in Dubrovnik is incredibly comfortable, with five fully air-conditioned rooms spread over three levels and a total capacity of nine guests. Three tastefully appointed bedrooms with bathrooms can be found on the villa's second floor, while two bedrooms with bathrooms can be found on the villa's first floor. The villa's ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen and a rustically designed sitting room, perfect for unwinding after a meal. An indoor dining space is also available, as well as an outdoor dining area.

The villa is totally surrounded by a magnificent garden with terraces and a fenced yard. Breakfast in the morning on the light main front patio, fun on the spacious back terrace, or lunch by the pool of this lovely Dubrovnik villa—the decision is yours. The lovely backyard pool, which is partly shaded by towering palm trees, is great for cooling off during the hot summer months.

The villa looked just like in the photos, if not better! It was spottless and had all the facilities you could wish for. Beds were comfortable, there were enough showers and toilets and everything worked flawlessly. The highlights were the outside areas. We enjoyed the pool and the sunbeds and loved having breakfast together on the terrace. Everything was very private but you were just a few steps away from the beach. The location was really nice, outside of the crowds of the Old Town but just a short drive away. Erika our hostess was super friendly and accomodating and answered every question we had. We also used the shuttle service from and to the airport and both times the drivers were really friendly and on time.

A great location by the beach. The nearest supermarket is a ten minute walk away along the sea front. Uber is incredibly efficient and cheap so you pop into the old town in Dubrovnik whenever you want (although the journey can take 20+ minutes if the traffic is bad). There's a lovely beach bar (Ponat) a one minute walk away and some fancier hotel beach clubs/bars/restaurants (Coral/Copacabana) another five or ten minutes walk after that.
