Villa Orti

The luxury Villa Orti is a true dream come true. Upon arriving in the city of Dubrovnik, you will find the villa at the entrance to the old part of the city, in complete intimacy. It is surrounded by a beautifully tended garden, which complements the whole feeling of peacefulness. 

This minimalistic beauty, with the rustic exterior, and the traditional stone lining, is an excellent choice if you are in search of villas with big capacity. It accommodates up to 16 guests! Incredible. There are 7 bedrooms in the villa, all with double beds and an en-suite bathroom, for 14 guests, and for 2 additional guests, there are 2 additional beds. In the bathrooms, you can find all the necessities alongside the bathrobes, pool towels, and slippers which is great because there is a relaxation room in the villa. In the spacious living room, you can spend all your family nights, playing board games, watching movies, or just reading books. For all the workaholics, there is a workspace incorporated in the living room, too. If this will be a working holiday, there is a  conference hall in the villa as well as an elevator for easier movement. 

We know you will have to cook a lot for all your friends and family, so we equipped you with two fully equipped kitchens, one indoors and the other one outdoors.  Also, except for the indoor and outdoor dining areas, there is a tavern in the villa for an incredible evening gathering.

The large outdoor area is separated into three floors and all three are completely sun-soaked. There you can find a pool with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower and outdoor toilet. But, the beach is only a few meters away from the villa, so you get the best of both worlds.

Two hours of daily cleaning, swimming pool maintenance, and assistance to the house manager are included in the price.

Porter upon arrival and departure, pre-stocking and deliveries, breakfast, waiter, babysitter, taxi transfer land and sea, car rental, boat/yacht, and sailing boat rental, and arranging excursions are all available at additional cost.
