Villa Osmolis is a brand-new luxury villa, located in the peaceful village of Brsečine, near Dubrovnik, just 700 m away from the beautiful Brsečine beach and the turquoise Adriatic Sea. Villa is located in front of a hotel, and guests can use all hotel’s amenities, such as a sauna, indoor pool, concierge service, gym, etc. Also, there is breakfast included in the price which is served in the hotel restaurant.

Villa Osmolis is spread over 2 floors and the entrance to both floors is led by a corridor that is shared with guests who rent the neighboring, sister villa.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a private heated saltwater pool and a lounge area with 4 sun loungers and garden furniture. This part is protected from the strong sun because it is in the shadow of the balcony and is the perfect place to rest or drink your morning coffee.

There is a direct entrance from the patio to the ground floor featuring a kitchen, dining area, living room, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and each bedroom has a direct exit to the outdoor pool area.

On the first floor, there is also a kitchen with a dining room, a living room, and one bathroom. There is also one room with a double bed, with an en-suite bathroom. This room has direct access to the balcony with a wonderful sea view. The second room is a part of the living room, but can be completely separated by a wooden screen. There is a jacuzzi and outdoor furniture on the terrace.
