This lovely villa Tereza, is near the UNESCO-protected old city of Dubrovnik and only a few minutes from the beach.

Villa Tereza can accommodate up to 8 people. It has four lovely bedrooms, all of which are quite comfortable and air-conditioned. The kitchen has everything you need, and there is an indoor eating space directly next to it. The villa's exterior is made of stone, as is customary in Dalmatia and the Mediterranean. This lovely villa Tereza, is near the UNESCO-protected old city of Dubrovnik and only a few minutes from the beach.

The villa is close to the beach as well as all other necessary amenities such as restaurants, stores, and cafés. Furthermore, the airport is only a kilometre away, which is really convenient, especially if you are flying. The Villa was so beautiful and provided plenty of space for me and my friends to really relax and enjoy ourselves. While not near incredibly close to Dubrovnik, we were more than happy to spend our time relaxing at the Villa, due to the well kept gardens, pool, facilities and living areas.

Прекрасная большая вилла,все продумано до мелочей-шампуни,мыло,крем для тела,бритвы,зубная паста,полотенца для душа и отдельно для бассейна, халаты ,тапочки и т.д.Кондиционеры в каждой комнате.Нас встретила Vinka,все рассказала о вилле,все показала,мы очень ей благодарны.Бассейн просто шикарный,есть зона не глубокая,где можно просто посидеть,есть зона где глубоко.До аэропорта 5 минут пешком,рекомендуем ресторан Domestico,10 минут пешком,пляж 3- 4 километра,но скалистый,кто любит нырять,тем очень понравиться,до Дубровника 20 минут на машине.Нам всё очень понравилось. Нас встретили с бутылкой вина и корзиной фруктов.Огромное вам спасибо за прекрасное проживание

Geschichtsträchtige imposante Villa einschließlich eigener Kapelle und bestem Wohnkomfort mit allem was man benötigt. Toplage, romantisch angelegte Park sowie gute stilvolle Raumaufteilung. Die fußläufige Flughafennähe ist kaum hörbar!
