The luxurious villa Tesa is located in the famed UNESCO-protected city of Dubrovnik, close to the sea. It is luxurious and stylish, and it will satisfy the requirements of all guests.

It has a total size of 230 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 people in four luxurious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. In the bathrooms, you can find all the necessities, which is great because the villa has a relaxation room with a sauna and jacuzzi. In the spacious living room, you can spend all the fun family evenings playing board games and PlayStation or watching series on Netflix. Right in front of the villa there is a private pool, and next to it sun loungers are placed under the pool, so you can enjoy catching the tan in the sun. You have a BBQ in the backyard, so you can cook dinner for your guests, dine by the pool, and then play billiards.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival.
