Built in 2014 and set on an 180 m² plot with 120 m² of indoor living, the property accommodates up to 10 guests across five en-suite bedrooms, each finished with luxury linens and smart TVs. From the sunlit living room and terraces, enjoy an amazing sea view that frames golden sunsets and the gentle rhythm of the waves.

Interiors are designed for effortless living: a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine and start package, indoor dining for eight, a dedicated home office and thoughtful services such as Wi‑Fi, Netflix and 24/7 guest support. Comfort is assured year‑round with underfloor heating, central heating and air conditioning in every room. Practical touches include a ground-floor bedroom, washer and dryer, and room-by-room TVs, making extended stays supremely convenient.

The private outdoor realm is an invitation to unwind — a 21 m² pool edged with sun loungers and umbrellas, a Jacuzzi and outdoor dining for eight within a fully fenced yard. Wellness enthusiasts will appreciate the on‑site sauna and gym, plus options for massage, a private chef or breakfast service upon request (all extra). Robert was an exceptional host from start to finish. He helped us plan our trip before we arrived, shared wonderful recommendations, and was always available whenever we had a question. His hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. The breathtaking views of Old Town are simply spectacular, and the villa's location—just minutes away—made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer while returning each day to a peaceful private retreat.
