Interiors are configured for privacy and conviviality with 14 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms: ten double bedrooms each with an en‑suite bathroom and sea view, plus four further double bedrooms—ideal for families or small private bubbles. The living collection includes a private cinema, a wine room, a relaxation room and a well-appointed home office. Underfloor heating and A/C in every room, smart TVs (Netflix, HBO), PlayStation 5 and media comforts create an effortlessly modern stay.

Outside, the experience unfolds around a meticulously tended garden and fully fenced yard that invites both large-scale entertaining and intimate moments. An outdoor kitchen and dining for 30, barbecue, 24 sun loungers with 12 sun umbrellas, Jacuzzi and an outdoor shower frame days spent between the pool and the sea. Practicalities are met with private parking, garage, boat mooring upon request, and concierge services to arrange private chefs, boat rental, massages or catered events.
