The villa's ground floor consists of a spacious, open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room exudes modern elegance, and large glass walls provide plenty of light and a pool view. The kitchen is completely furnished with the latest appliances, allowing for true gourmet pleasure. Family meals and get-togethers are perfect in the spacious dining area connected to this area.

The villa terrace is equipped with modern seating furniture, perfect for relaxation, and a covered outdoor dining area with an outdoor kitchen. The landscaped courtyard also features a private saltwater pool surrounded by sun loungers. Welcome to an oasis of peace and privacy for a complete vacation.

The beautiful Funtana is located between Poreč and Vrsar, and the numerous beaches, restaurants, and sights of Funtana reveal the true beauty of this place. It is also known for its springs of living water, a 3 km long hiking trail, and crystal clear sea that beckons you to refresh yourself.

wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der neuen, großzügigen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Villa. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit den Gastgebern, die uns nach einer mehrstündigen Flugverspätung morgens um 3.00 h persönlich mit einem Imbiss empfangen haben. Herzliche Grüße Claudia und Mathias
