Three en-suite bedrooms (two doubles 180x200, one single 90x200) each have their own bathroom with shower, while the open-plan living area features a comfy couch, sofa bed and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen—oven, stove, coffee machine, ice maker, dishwasher and more—flows to an indoor dining area for six, perfect for slow breakfasts or intimate dinners. Heating and cooling are thoughtfully covered with underfloor heating, central heating and A/C units in every room.

Outside is where the villa truly shines: a 27 m² heated pool invites languid swims any time of year, flanked by three sun loungers, garden furniture and an outdoor shower. A private sauna provides a quiet retreat after a day exploring the island, and a partially fenced yard with private parking for two adds convenience and peace of mind.
