With 130 m² of indoor living on a 230 m² plot and a 27 m² heated pool, the property blends modern comfort with Mediterranean calm. Guests will appreciate practical touches such as private parking for two cars, underfloor heating, A/C in every room and central heating, plus a welcome package and smart TV/wifi for effortless arrival and relaxation…

The three bedrooms each feature calming décor and seaview perspectives, accompanied by three bathrooms (two with showers). The interior is designed for both convivial dining and quiet downtime: a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, coffee machine, dishwasher and ice maker, an indoor dining area for six, a comfortable living area with couch and armchair, and a dedicated workspace. Practical amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron and board, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers to ensure a hotel-level stay in a private setting.

Outdoors the villa truly shines: a heated pool framed by three sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a BBQ for alfresco evenings create an intimate atmosphere for sun-soaked days and starlit dinners. A private sauna adds a wellness element rarely found on the island, while the partially fenced yard offers privacy without isolating you from the local ambiance. Optional services—private chef, concierge, daily cleaning, prestocking, food delivery and boat rental—are available upon request for an elevated, tailor-made experience.
