The central part of the villa is a spacious open living room with a comfortable sofa, stylishly designed furnishings, and a large fireplace, which creates an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. The fully equipped kitchen, with a modern expression in combination with a wooden ceiling and stone walls, provides a pleasant space for even the most demanding gourmets.

The heated saltwater pool, surrounded by deck chairs and a sunbathing area, allows guests to relax and enjoy the fresh air. Guests can enjoy cozy evenings beneath the stars in the covered social area next to the pool, which is furnished with an outdoor dining table. The entire house is surrounded by a high wall, ensuring privacy and peace. There are also two parking spaces in front of the house.

Villa Otranto is a 2-minute drive by car and a 10-minute walk from the beach in Ičići and the historic Lungomare promenade that connects Volosko, Opatija, Ičići, Ika, and Lovran.
