The beautiful Villa Sol&Mar is located in Kaštel Štafilić near the city of Split. Situated right next to the sea, this sea beauty is designed to provide maximum comfort and a luxurious holiday on the coast.

The relaxing ambiance was achieved with a minimalistic and elegant approach to decoration. This luxurious style extends over three floors. On the ground floor of the villa, you will enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and relaxing in the spacious living room that off…

The first floor of the villa invites you to relax with three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The combination of modern elements and simple shades creates a harmonious whole complete with a stunning sea view. On the second floor of the villa, there is a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a spacious terrace with a jacuzzi. Wake up to the first rays of the sun or enjoy the sunset while relaxing in the lounge area.

The exterior of the villa is meticulously decorated for the enjoyment of both adults and children. Refresh yourself in the saltwater pool and prepare delicious meals on the grill while the little ones have fun on the children's playground with trampolines and swings. There is also private car parking available.

Only a step separates the guests from the sea and the long coast with different beautiful beaches. Water activities and a mini aqua park are close at hand, and will surely delight the youngest. The city of Split is 20 km from the villa, and the city of Trogir, which is part of the UNESCO world heritage, is only a 10-minute drive away. Villa Sol&Mar is also located near Split airport and is an ideal destination for those traveling by plane.

For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately.
