High-speed free optical internet, views of the garden and pool, and a warm atmosphere make this space ideal for both relaxation and connection.

Thanks to underfloor heating and an efficient heat pump system, the house remains pleasantly warm even during the cooler months. There is something truly special about walking barefoot on warm floors while the famous island bora wind moves outside and you remain completely comfortable and protected indoors.

Outside, a heated swimming pool awaits, inviting you for refreshing swims from the early spring months of April all the way through late October. The fully fenced garden provides complete privacy, allowing you to fully unwind. While your electric vehicle charges at the private charging station, enjoy preparing dinner on the outdoor grill accompanied by a glass of excellent local wine.
