The heart of our house is the open-space living room bathed in natural light. It is a place where the smell of

home cooking spreads from the modern, fully equipped cooking zone, while you relax on the sofa with

your favorite movie or fast free optical internet, overlooking the yard and pool.

What makes this house special is the attention paid to your sense of comfort. Thanks to the underfloor

heating and heat pump system, the house exudes gentle warmth even in the cooler months. There is nothing

more beautiful than the feeling of warm floors under your bare feet while the bora wind blows gently outside, and you feel completely

protected and safe.

A paradise for relaxation and exploration

Outside, a heated pool awaits you, ready for the first spring jumps as early as April and warm baths until the end of

October, and a fully fenced yard, for maximum privacy. While your car is charging at

the private e-charging station in the yard, you can prepare dinner on the outdoor grill with a glass of top-quality domestic

wine.
