New brand Villa Miryam is located on the island of Krk in the charming village of Vrh.

Modern architecture with carefully arranged garden looks attractive.

The villa covers an area of slightly more than 400 m² in which you will find six bedrooms for comfortable accommodation for 12 guests. The spacious interior of the villa is decorated in warm tones with emphasized aesthetics, and large glass walls provide plenty of light.

A fully equipped kitchen, tastefully decorated living room, and dining room are located on the mezzanine floor of the villa. The kitchen contains all the necessary appliances for the carefree preparation of all gastronomic delicacies. The living room offers a large corner sofa and a smart TV with a Netflix option. Indulge in special movie nights.

The staircase leads to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and TV in each room. On the second floor, there are 4 more bedrooms equally equipped. Three bedrooms have access to the balcony, one of which has a view of the pool and greenery, and the other two enjoy a sea view.

The basement hides a space for entertainment and relaxation. One room is equipped with modern fitness amenities, and the other part is intended for socializing and entertainment. The house is also perfect for all those who practice some of the "retreats" such as yoga and meditation.

The outdoor terrace is dominated by a spacious 50 m² swimming pool and a lounge area with comfortable cushions suitable for enjoying both during the day and in the evening. The heated swimming pool with an indoor pool, a sauna, an indoor jacuzzi, and underfloor heating throughout the villa makes Villa Miryam ideal for vacationing on colder days. The terrace in front of the living room of this luxury villa on Krk offers comfortable outdoor furniture, and around the pool, there are deckchairs where you can sunbathe. The summer kitchen with grill and dining room is under the stone gazebo, making it ideal for enjoying outdoor meals.

Villa Miryam is located 5 km northwest of the town of Krk. The location is suitable for walking or cycling on nearby roads and trails. The nearest beaches are in the bay of Sv. Juraj or Jert in Pinezići, and the city beaches of Krk are only 10 minutes away by car. The village of Vrh offers an intimate and peaceful vacation, and for all those who like an active vacation, Krk with its paths and roads is ideal for cycling, climbing, or hiking.
