Located in a new, quiet part of Vrbnik, the villa rises above the old town and offers a magical view of the sea, the church tower, and the harbour, both from the terrace and the pool.

On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-plan living area with a spacious corner sofa (which can be converted into an extra bed), a dining table for eight people, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a wine coole…

Upstairs, there are three elegant bedrooms – the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share an additional bathroom. All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers, and a washer-dryer is also available.

From the upper floor, you'll enjoy stunning views of the crystal-clear sea and the picturesque town of Vrbnik, perched on a 50-metre-high cliff. Whether you're enjoying your morning coffee, an evening barbecue, or a refreshing afternoon swim, this is the place where memories are made.
The villa also offers two covered parking spaces with EV charging capabilities.
