Natural materials, neutral colours, and the elimination of unnecessary detailing are found on both floors of Villa Arsia. The wide-open kitchen is fully equipped, the roomy living room has everything for fun film nights with the family, and it has also a direct exit to the terrace where the fun and memorable nights continue.

The outside of this amazing property is made for entertainment and relaxation. For those who enjoy peace and relaxation, there is a 45m2 pool and comfortable sun loungers for getting that summer tan. And for the more active guests, there is a variety of sports activities at your disposal: basketball court, volleyball, trampoline, badminton, and a bocce ball court. In conclusion – the kids won't ever be bored, and you don't have to worry about their safety, because the whole property is fully fenced and away from the crowds.

You'll be able to enjoy the warm Croatian nights at the outside dining area with a glass of local wine and incredible prepared meals from the barbecue. We certainly think that this villa will fulfil all expectations of our guests. Our guests will be surrounded by greenery and can experience breathtaking sunsets in peace. The beach, Café Bars, restaurants, and the town centre are only a short drive away, so you'll be able to enjoy the beauties of Croatia outside the villa. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Arsia! Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Hausbesitzer empfangen und er war auch immer für uns erreichbar. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat viel Komfort. Die Küche selbst ist ein Traum mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Super war die Kaffeemaschine und die Eiswürfelmaschine haben wir ständig benutzt. Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren unsere täglichen Begleiter einfach perfekt! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt jederzeit gerne wieder!

Es war ein toller Urlaub, es hat an nix gefehlt. Das Haus ist mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Vermieter empfing uns freudig( gekühlte Getränke, Obst waren für uns bereit gestellt) Er führte uns durchs Haus und erklärte alles super verständlich. Das Haus steht so gut wie allein, die Kinder können Abends im Pool auch mal laut sein :-) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Auto in Labin ( ein tolles Dorf) , nach Rabac ca 20 min mit dem Auto . Tolle Strände, Restaurants… schöne Abendstimmung an der Promenade. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder :-) unvergesslich

We stayed a week at Villa Arsia and I have to say it's probably the best villa that we've ever stayed in. The villa is situated in an extremely private location, beautifully designed, built and finished by owner and top host Domagoj. If you are looking for a quiet get-away in a 5 star villa with great views then this is your place.

Angefangen mit der sehr netten Begrüßung (hier kümmert sich der Eigentümer selber um das Haus und das merkt man deutlich) dem traumhaften Wetter (wir konnten den Pool jeden Tag und bereits am Morgen nutzen). Die Lage ist super, man hat totale Privatsphäre (benötigt aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Die Ausstattung ist top und wirklich wie auf den Bildern! Wir kommen wieder!!!
