On the beautiful patio by the pool with an amazing view, you can treat yourself to a morning coffee or glass of wine before going to bed. Villa Bastiona can accommodate up to 8 guests in four beautifully designed and air-conditioned bedrooms, three having private bathrooms. There is also a cot available for the youngest guests.

The villa has 400m2 of living space, together with surrounding balconies and terraces, as well as 400m2 of outdoor area, with private parking, a carefully maintained garden, and a lawn. The fully equipped kitchen and living room form the centerpiece of this luxury villa, with direct access to a terrace overlooking the sea.

The indoor and outdoor spaces are connected and are ideal for socializing in the living room, preparing dinner on the outdoor barbecue, or relaxing in the 22 m2 pool. Kids are provided with everything they need to play and have fun at the beach or pool. A few meters from the house is a park and playground for children, so they can enjoy playing seamlessly.

Villa Bastiona will give you peace and luxury, while the city center is just a few kilometers away from the villa. The villa is located at an ideal location suitable for cyclists, walkers, and hikers whose trails are located near the villa. At the guests’ request, it is possible to arrange bike rentals as well as boat trips. Come and rest!
