Villa Harmony View is a brand-new villa with a private heated pool, situated in a quiet location above the town of Makarska, featuring an amazing sea view overlooking islands Brač, Hvar, and Biokovo mountain.

Surrounded by nature, you can spend a holiday away from the stress of everyday life. With unique architecture, a lavish interior, and top luxury amenities, it is a perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation experience. The villa is high quality and very tastefully decorated.

Villa Harmony View can accommodate up to 6 guests, within its 3 double bedrooms, all of which have an en-suite bathroom. There is air conditioning and a TV in every room, as well as a baby cot. Two of the bedrooms have a sea view, while one bedroom is looking at Biokovo mountain.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, which are connected to a very spacious living room. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV, radio, and a sofa bed to kick back and relax. From the living room, you can directly get out on the sun deck, which is equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture.

There is also a private, heated pool waiting for you. From the pool and the sun deck, you can enjoy the glorious sea view and colorful sunsets. In the fully fenced yard, there is also a barbecue area with an outdoor dining area, suitable for the whole family.

Das Haus ist groß und gemütlich. Es gibt mehrere Badezimmer. Das Schwimmbad ist perfekt mit praktische Ausendusche. Der Grill ist super. Es gibt mehrere Terrassen und alle im Schatten. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet mit allem Zubehör. Es gibt auch genug Parkplätze. Die Vermieter haben an alles gedacht!

Everything about this property is exceptional. It was a pleasure to spend a full week here. We stayed, 3 adults and 2 children and really we could not fault anything. Villa is very well stocked for anything you could possibly need. Communication with owners and host was easy and prompt. We really hope to visit again in the future.

Amazing and modern vacation home, very comfortable. Plenty of room both inside and outside. Kitchen with all facilities, well equipped, big table for all guests inside and outside. 3 big bedrooms, each equipped with separate bathroom. Everything you can dream of in a vacation home. Welcoming hosts, communication was straightforward, we received support during all our stay. Location allows to have a great view towards the sea and the mountain. Amazing pool, where you can spend all day long. Quick drive to nearest beaches, restaurants and grocery shops.

Wir wurden überaus herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die Villa war makellos sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet – ideal, um entweder selbst zu kochen oder, wie in meinem Fall, sich vom Partner bekochen zu lassen. :) Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse, von der aus man sowohl das Meer als auch die Berge sehen konnte. Diese war der perfekte Ort, um den Abend gemütlich mit einem Glas Wein und regionalen Köstlichkeiten ausklingen zu lassen. Die Stadt mit ihrem wunderschönen Hafen und den zahlreichen kleinen Restaurants, Cafés und Bars ist bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir raten jedoch davon ab, zu Fuß zu gehen, da der Weg lang und sehr steil ist. Dafür bekommt man einen top Ausblick auf die kroatische Riviera in absolut ruhiger Lage!
