Villa Lacus can accommodate up to 9 friends or family members who have decided to replace their daily routine, crowd, and noisiness with peace, nature, and relaxation.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for one guest, and access to a terrace where guests can enjoy a heated pool of 66 m2 or a Jacuzzi. The ground floor also has one bedroom. The other three bedrooms have private bathrooms located on the first floor. All rooms are air-conditioned, have a beautiful view of the sea and the city so you can completely relax before going to sleep and wake up with magical scenes. You can continue your daily routine on vacation while using the gym equipment and a sauna for relaxation. Remember, you can also bring your pet on your vacation! What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
