On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen in shades of gray marble, which blends perfectly with the decoration of the beautiful living room. There is also an indoor dining room for eight people. From the ground floor, you can directly exit to the fully fenced yard and indulge in the warmth and sea feeling of the heated and saltwater pool. A great way to relax is definitely a jacuzzi. You can serve food prepared on the grill in the outdoor dining room and continue socializing

The nearest beach and the center of Makarska are only 1 km from the villa, and you will be delighted by the crystal clear sea, the beautiful long promenade, and the vibrant atmosphere full of restaurants and streets. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival.
