This villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 5 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and TV set. There are also two children's beds available. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a connected dining room which also offers the perfect view. Picture this wonderful feeling: a nice meal and a glass of wine with a coffee afterward, all with a breathtaking view. The living room décor breathes luxury and comfort. There are also 2 separate toilets along with 6 bathrooms.

If guests want to keep their healthy habits, there is a gym available, a sauna, and 2 bicycles for exploration of Baška voda. There is also a children's playground for the little ones. The villa exterior is also nicely decorated. The outside kitchen is ideal for breakfast preparation or for dinners with good local Dalmatian wine, while other guests can enjoy the infinity pool with a view. If you would like to bring your pet on holiday, you can inform us before your booking.

Beautiful villa with great facilities. Everything you could ever need is provided. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The host was very quick to respond to inquiries/problems.

This well equipped and clean villa with immaculate panoramic views is a perfect getaway for large family or holiday with friends. Hosts are super helpful and they are making sure you enjoy your time at Villa Prestige. Pool and sauna are the cherry on the top. I would give this 6 stars if I could.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% due no later than 30 days before arrival. Accepted payment methods include credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfer. For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately. In case of cancellation, payments already made are non-refundable — however, you may transfer your booking to another guest or date if you notify us at least 42 days before arrival. We also offer Allianz travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 90% of all payments made.
