Villa Novue can accommodate up to 10 guests, making it ideal for larger families or groups of friends. It features four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The living room includes a stylish sofa and two armchairs that can be converted into an additional bed for two people, offering extra flexibility for your stay. The villa’s royal interior design, dominated by white tones, is complemented by an abundance of natural light streaming through large glass windows. A dark, modern kitchen provides a striking contrast to the bright interior and is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals, which can also be enjoyed on the outdoor terrace.

One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are on the upper level, accompanied by a gallery and balconies offering breathtaking views.

The villa’s courtyard is a true summer retreat. A 40 m² swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, invites you to relax and soak up the sun. Adjacent to the pool is a spacious terrace – perfect for outdoor gatherings and long summer evenings. Children will love the play area, which includes swings, a sandbox, outdoor table tennis, a slide, badminton rackets and net, a playhouse, and small football goals.

Villa Novue is fully fenced and offers four private parking spaces for your vehicles.

The village of Maslenica is known for its scenic coastline, magical sunsets, and proximity to Paklenica National Park, a haven for hiking and nature lovers. Boat trips and water sports are also popular ways to enjoy your free time. The beach is only 700 meters from the villa, providing quick and easy access to the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea.
